surge as much as 18.2% to A$0.130, their biggest intra-day pct
gain since Feb. 8 
    ** Shares hit their highest since June 15
    ** 3D manufacturer says it has started pursuing funding
incentives for its flagship Titanium Project in the U.S. 
    ** Says it expects to be cash-flow positive in 2026  
    ** Stock down 31.3% this year, as of last close, vs a 3%
increase in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
