** Shares of Amaero International Ltd  3DA.AX  slump as much
as 18.2% to A$0.09, their lowest since Dec 13
    ** The 3D manufacturer says it terminated its JV deal with
Rabdan Industries
    ** Says termination of JV agreement increases Amaero's
ownership of UAE JV project to 100% from 50% 
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct fall since March 20
    ** More than 439,595 shares change hands, thrice the 30-day
average volume 
    ** Stock down 31.3% this year, as of last close
