PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

 

 

The Company announces that on 30 April 2024 it purchased 323,614 ordinary
shares for cancellation. The price paid was 85.5p per ordinary share.

 

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 149,238,977 ordinary
shares in issue.
