Cannabis firm Aphria eyes 7th session of gains on closing SweetWater deal

** Shares in Canada-based cannabis co  APHA.TO  up 5.3% at
C$10.68; set for seven consecutive session of gains
    ** Aphria closes acquisition of SweetWater, one of the
largest independent craft brewers in the United States based on

    ** As part of the deal, unitholders of SweetWater received
$250 mln in cash and $50 mln in Aphria stock
    ** APHA looks to expand its addressable market and leverage
SweetWater's existing infrastructure to accelerate its entry
into the U.S. ahead of federal legalization of cannabis 
    ** Stock has gained over 58% so far this year
