Nov 16 (Reuters) - Amnode AB  AMNO.ST : 
    * Decides on rights issue  
    * The purpose of the issue is to provide the Group with necessary new operational, 
structural and investment capital 
    * Via fully subscribed issue Amnode receives proceeds of 19,907,155 Swedish crowns ($2.17 
million) before issue costs which are estimated at about 3.3 million crowns 
    * Issue price is set at 0.40 crown per new share
