Appointment of Joint Broker

 

AMTE Power Plc ("AMTE Power" or the "Company"), the developer and manufacturer
of lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cells for specialist market, is pleased
to announce the appointment, with immediate effect, of Panmure Gordon as the
Company's Joint Broker, alongside WH Ireland, who will retain their role as
NOMAD and Joint Broker.
