PDMR Dealing and Holding(s) in Company

 

AMTE Power Plc ("AMTE " or the "Company"), a developer and manufacturer of
lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cells for specialist markets, has been
notified on 8 November 2021 that Adam Westcott, the Company's Chief Financial
Officer and a PDMR (who will be leaving AMTE on 8 December 2021 and not
standing for re-election to the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting
on 17 November 2021), sold 137,500 ordinary shares in AMTE ("Ordinary
Shares") at a volume-weighted average price of 161.29 pence per share.

 

Following this notification, Adam holds 218,588 Ordinary Shares.
