Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
 
AMTE Power plc ("AMTE Power", the "Company" and together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group"), a developer and manufacturer of lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cells for specialist markets, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders today and is now available on the Company's website.  The AGM will be held at Innholders Hall, 30 College Street, London EC4R 2RH on Wednesday 17th November 2021 at 11.00 a.m.
 
COVID-19
The Board continues to monitor the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the priority to safeguard the wellbeing of the Group's employees, shareholders and other stakeholders.  
At present, we expect that it will be possible under the UK's Governments guidance to allow physical attendance at the AGM and we look forward to welcoming the maximum number of shareholders we are able within safety constraints and in accordance with government guidelines. 
However, given the constantly evolving nature of the situation, we want to ensure that we are able to adapt these arrangements efficiently to respond to changes in circumstances. On this basis, should the situation change such that we consider that it is no longer possible for shareholders to attend the meeting, we will notify the shareholders of the change through the release of an announcement on the investor page of our website https://amtepower.com/investors/. Should we have to change the arrangements in this way, it is likely that we will not be in a position to accommodate shareholders beyond the minimum required to hold a quorate meeting which will be achieved through the attendance of employee shareholders.
