The Company has been informed that Richard Herbert, Chief Executive Officer,
on 16 April 2024 bought 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.002p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at an average price of 0.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Richard Herbert's total shareholding in the Company is therefore 8,300,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
