 * Source text: Ankit Metal & Power Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors had received a resignation letter from Mr. Raj Kumar Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer dated March 24, 2016 and placed the same in the Board Meeting held on May 23, 2016. His resignation is accepted effective from March 24, 2016. Further, Mr. Saurabh Jhunjhunwala has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 23, 2016.
