** Shares of Anteris Technologies Ltd  AVR.AX  fall as much
as 5.2% to A$22.8, their lowest since Jan. 11
    ** Cardiac healthcare company says it has placed 1.5 mln new
shares for A$35 mln ($24.28 mln) capital raising
    ** Issue price of A$24.0 represents a 0.2% discount to
closing price of Anteris' shares on Feb. 6 at A$24.04
    ** More than 40,314 shares change hands, thrice the 30-day
average volume 
    ** Stock up 8.3% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.4415 Australian dollars)
