** Air purification tech Applied UV's shares  AUVI.O  down
17% at $2.97 premarket, set to extend losses for the third
consecutive day
    ** AUVI's shares have fallen ~28% so far this week, tracking
the worst weekly performance since their debut in 2020
    ** Co announced the pricing of its public offering of 2.67
mln common shares at $3 per share, for gross proceeds of $8 mln

    ** AUVI also granted the underwriters a 45-day option to
purchase an additional 400,000 shares
    ** AUVI has 9.72 mln shares outstanding and a market cap of
