Special Interim Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of Directors of Aquila Energy Efficiency Trust plc (the "Company")
is pleased to declare a special interim dividend of 36.837 pence per ordinary

December 2025, payable on 30 May 2025 to shareholders on the register on 9 May
