U.S. stock index futures inched up on Wednesday after big banks kicked off the
reporting season with a mixed bag of earnings, while shares of United Airlines
rose after it forecast at least a four-fold jump in full-year profit.  .N 
    At 9:04 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.15% at 34,071. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.39% at 4,025.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.62%
at 11,697.
