April 24 (Reuters) - British currency risk management company Argentex Group AGFX.L confirmed on Thursday that it was in advanced discussions with IFX Payments for a possible acquisition of the company at 2.49 pence per share, as it battles a liquidity crunch due to ongoing turbulence in the financial market.
