Board Announcement

Argentex Group PLC (AIM: AGFX), the international provider of foreign exchange
services to institutions, corporates and high net worth private
individuals, today announces that Nigel Railton has been appointed as Senior
Independent Director effective from 1 March 2023.  Nigel has been a Non
Executive Director of the Group since 19 June 2019.  Nigel will continue as
Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a Member of the Remuneration
Committee and Nominations Committee.

Nigel will replace Lena Wilson as Senior Independent Director whose planned
retirement from the Board was announced on 26 January 2023.  Lena will retire
from the Board on 28 February 2023.
