Board Change

Argentex Group plc (AIM: AGFX), announces the resignation of Jo Stent, Chief
Financial Officer from the Board of the Company with immediate effect. She has
agreed to work her notice period whilst a suitable replacement is identified.

Nigel Railton, Chairman of Argentex, commented: "We thank Jo for her
contribution to Argentex and wish her well."
