Argentex Group PLC (AIM: AGFX) announces that Nigel Railton, Non-executive
Chairman, on 22 November 2023 purchased 61,690 ordinary shares of £0.0001
each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 81 pence per Ordinary
Share.

Following this transaction, Nigel Railton's total beneficial interest in the
Group is 179,815 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.16% of the
Group's issued share capital.
