Statement re recommended cash acquisition of Argentex Group PLC

Lapsing of Acquisition

IFX Payments announces that, further to its announcement of 21 July 2025, and
the subsequent announcement by Argentex on 24 July 2025 confirming the
appointment of administrators to Argentex Group PLC and Argentex Technologies
Limited, with the consent of the Panel, IFX Payments has, in accordance with
Rule 13.5(a) of the Takeover Code, invoked Condition 3(l)(xii) to its offer,
as set out in Part A of Part III of the Scheme Document. Accordingly, the
Acquisition has now lapsed.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined,
have the same meanings as set out in the Scheme Document dated 21 May 2025.
