** Shares of Chinese dental services provider Arrail Group
Ltd 6639.HK trade as low as HK$12.98 in Hong Kong debut on
Tuesday, 11.2% below their offering price of HK$14.62 apiece
** The Beijing-based dental services group sold 46.53 mln
shares in global offering, raising HK$680 mln ($86.9 mln) for
business expansion, opening new hospital and clinics in existing

** The Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index .HSNC jumps
3.5%, while the healthcare index .HSCIH slips 0.2%
** The Hang Seng Composite Index .HSCI climbs 1.8% and the
