NZ's Arvida Group eyes best day in 32 months on upbeat HY results

** Shares of New Zealand's Arvida Group Ltd  ARV.NZ  rise as
much as 8.3% to A$1.300 - eyeing best day since March 26, 2020,
if gains hold   
    ** Retirement village and aged care operator announces HY
IFRS Net profit after tax up 18% to NZ$89.2 mln ($54.97 mln),
declares an interim dividend of 2.5 NZ cents per share 
    ** Co says total HY sales grew 31% to NZ$168.2 million
    ** Adds on track to exceed FY23 development guidance
    ** Stock hits highest since Nov. 9 
    ** ARV has fallen 39.1% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.6226 New Zealand dollars)
