Dividend Declaration

The Board of Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust plc has declared an interim
dividend for the year ended 30 June 2025 of 0.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The
dividend is payable on 31 October 2025 to shareholders on the register on 10
October 2025. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 9 October 2025.
