    ** Uranium explorer says ATHA merger scheme has been
declared effective
    ** On Wednesday, federal court of Australia had made orders
approving scheme of arrangement for Atha Energy to buy co
    ** 92 Energy Shares will be suspended from trading on the
ASX, with effect from the close of trading on Thursday
    ** About 2.4 mln shares change hands, 3.9x the 30-day avg
volume
    ** Stock flat YTD as of last close
