We are pleased to announce that on 25 November 2019, Robin Boyle disposed of the balance of his shares in Athelney Trust. The remaining 339,054 shares were sold to EC Pohl & Co Pty Ltd at the 31 October NAV of 240.9p.
This transaction reflects terms agreed between the two parties back in July, based on the original agreement made in March 2010.
EC Pohl & Co Pty Ltd holds 339,054 shares representing 15.71% of the issued share capital in Athelney Trust plc.
