$4.90
    ** ATNX's partner receives positive opinion from the
European Medicines Agency's (EMA) Committee for Medicinal
Products for Human Use for the regulatory approval of co's drug,

    ** Drug intended for the topical treatment of actinic
keratosis or lesions of the face or scalp
    ** Co in December received approval from the U.S. FDA to
market the drug in the United States 
    ** Stock had fallen 55.7% YTD, including session's gains
