Athenex rises on launch of skin disease drug in Germany, UK

** Shares of the drugmaker  ATNX.O  rise ~3.4% to $3.33 in
premarket trade
    ** Athenex says its Spanish partner, Almirall SA < ALM.MC>,
launched Klisyri, co's topical treatment for actinic keratosis
(AK) in Germany and the UK
    ** AK is a type of a chronic and pre-cancerous skin disease
    ** Under terms of partnership with ALM, co is eligible to
receive up to $45 mln in milestone payments for the drug and
tiered royalties starting at 15%, based on annual net sales

    ** Klisyri recently received regulatory approval in the
European Union and the UK for treating adult patients with AK of
the face and scalp
    ** Co has partnerships for Klisyri in other regions,
including Australia and New Zealand, and expects to launch in

    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had fallen 70.89% YTD
