The Board of Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment company
focusing on clean energy generation, announces it has appointed Hanway
Advisory Limited as Company Secretary with immediate effect.

 

The registered office address of the Company has also changed with immediate
effect to 1 King William Street, London, EC4N 7AF.
