Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment company focusing on clean
energy generation, announces that pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Duncan
Neale, non-executive director of Atrato Onsite Energy plc has, with effect
from 1 August 2023, been appointed as a non-executive director and Chair of
the Audit Committee of AFC Energy plc, a company quoted on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
