The Board of Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF) announces that as previously
indicated in the announcement made on 12 April 2023, Marlene Wood,
non-executive Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
Duncan Neale was appointed as Audit Chair on 12 April.

 

 

Juliet Davenport, Chair of the Company, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Marlene for her invaluable
contribution to the ongoing success of Atrato Onsite Energy. She has been
instrumental in helping to guide the Company from pre-IPO to today. I am
delighted to have made history with her as part of the first all-female board
