Dividend declaration

 

Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment company focusing on clean
energy generation, declares an interim dividend of 1.23 pence per Ordinary
Share in respect of the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023 as
scheduled below:

 Ex-dividend date  27 April 2023
 Record date       28 April 2023
 Payment date      26 May 2023

 

The Company is targeting an annualised dividend of five pence per Ordinary
Share for its second financial year as set out at IPO.
