Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment trust focusing on clean
energy generation announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the
Company will be held on Friday, 10 March 2023 at 2.00pm at the offices of
Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ.

 

We encourage shareholders to vote ahead of the AGM by appointing their proxy
in the manner described in the notice of AGM, not later than 2.00pm on
Wednesday 8 March.

 

The Notice of AGM, Annual Report and Financial Statements are available to
view in the Investor Centre of the Company's website at www.atratoroof.com

of the documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and
