    ** Shares hit highest level since August 2023, stock top pct
gainer on FTSE smallcaps  .FTSC  index 
    ** UK-based energy-focused investment firm signs conditional
agreement to sell its solar assets portfolio for 218.7 mln
pounds ($287.63 mln) to JV owned by Brookfield and RAIM Apollo
    ** Co recommends shareholders vote in favour of disposal 
    ** Upon completion, Atrato Onsite Energy will seek
shareholder nod for voluntary liquidation of co
    ** Expects liquidators to make initial distribution of
substantially all net assets of co in February 2025
    ** As of last close, stock had fallen ~11% this year
