Rachael Robathan, a non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed
as a non-executive director of Castelnau Group Limited with effect from 1
January 2026.

 

Aurora UK Alpha plc is an investor in Castelnau Group Limited, which is also
managed by the Company's investment manager, Phoenix Asset Management Partners
