 * Eoi and commencement of process to solicit and consider offers for the access business 
 * Says expressions of interest and commencement of process to solicit and  consider offers for the group's scaffolding and access business 
 * No decision has been made whether to proceed with a disposal of the mas  business segment" 
 * It is in the group's best interests to consider whether a sale can be agreed  on terms which can be recommended by the board 
 * Says disposal of the mas business segment, if it proceeds, may be subject to  the approval of shareholders and noteholders of the company 
 * Will retain existing business segments fabrication and manufacturing, project  and maintenance services, port and marine services
