* Ausgroup - Ezion Offshore has been advised that proceeding
between Environment Centre Northern Territory Inc (ecnti) and
Minister has been discontinued
* Ausgroup - EOLHT has been advised by Minister that current
decision will be quashed and referred back to him for further
consideration according to law
* Ausgroup Ltd - "During this period, facilities at Port
Melville will continue to operate at current historical levels"
