Announcement of Delisting Decision

 

Kyiv, Ukraine - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (LSE: AVGR) (the
"Company" or "AVANGARDCO IPL"), the largest producer of shell eggs and dry egg
products in Ukraine and Europe, today announces that the Company have decided
to delist of the Company's global depositary receipts (GDR) with ISIN
US05349V2097 from trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market with the
expected termination of such delisting from 28 December 2023.

The Company sent a notification letter to the Listing Committee of London
Stock Exchange with a request to cancel the admission of the its GDR with ISIN
US05349V2097 from the Official List and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.
