On 23 April 2025, Mr Joe Bauernfreund, a PDMR of AVI Global Trust plc (the “Company”), bought 6,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Mrs Judith Bauernfreund, Mr Gabriel Bauernfreund and Miss Shoshana Bauernfreund,  all persons closely associated with Mr Joe Bauernfreund, respectively bought 6,500, 6,500 and 2,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Following these transactions, the total number of the Company’s shares owned by Mr Joe Bauernfreund and his family is 793,573 Ordinary Shares.
