On 27 November 2025, Mr Joe Bauernfreund, a PDMR of AVI Global Trust plc (the "Company"), bought 4,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Mrs Judith Bauernfreund, a person closely associated with Mr Joe Bauernfreund, bought 7,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
