AVI Global Trust plc (the "Company")
 
Cancellation of Treasury Shares
 
The Company has 19,046,990 of its own ordinary shares held as treasury shares, out of a total of 129,526,165 shares in issue.
 
The Company's Board elected on 11 September 2019 to reduce the number of shares in treasury to 5% of the current shares in circulation, by cancelling 13,523,032 of the shares held in treasury. Following this cancellation, the Company will have 116,003,133 shares in issue and 5,523,958 shares in treasury. The number of shares in circulation and total voting rights of the Company remain unchanged at 110,479,175 shares.
 
There is no change in the Company's net asset value per share as a result of this action.
