On 15 February 2023, Mr Gabriel Bauernfreund bought 2,454 Ordinary Shares and
Mrs Judith Bauernfreund bought 4,914 Ordinary Shares in AVI Global Trust plc
(the "Company"); both are persons closely associated with Mr Joe Bauernfreund,
a Director of the Company. Following this transaction, the total number of
shares owned by Mr Bauernfreund and his family has increased to 883,988
Ordinary Shares.
