On 8 April 2024, Mr Gabriel Bauernfreund bought 7,500 Shares; Mrs Judith
Bauernfreund bought 6,000 Shares and Miss Shoshana Bauernfreund sold 30,445
Ordinary Shares in AVI Global Trust plc (the "Company") and are persons
closely associated with Mr Joe Bauernfreund, a PDMR of the Company. Following
these transactions, the total number of shares owned by Mr Bauernfreund and
his family is 845,043 Ordinary Shares.
