On 29 August 2024, Mr Joe Bauernfreund bought 3,600 Ordinary Shares in AVI
Global Trust plc (the "Company"), a PDMR of the Company. Miss Shoshana
Bauernfreund bought 2,140 Ordinary Shares and Mr Gabriel Bauernfreund bought
1,925 Ordinary Shares in the Company and are persons closely associated with
Mr Joe Bauernfreund. Following these transactions, the total number of shares
owned by Mr Joe Bauernfreund and his family is 741,573 Ordinary Shares.
