Listing Rule 15.6.8

 

AVI Global Trust plc announces that as at 31 March 2026 it had investments

in the below listed closed-ended investment funds which do not have a stated
investment policy to invest not more than 15% of their gross assets in other
closed-ended investment funds.

* JPEL Private Equity Limited and Oakley Capital Investments Limited have a
stated investment policy which limits investments in other listed closed end
funds to no more than 10 per cent. of the value of their total assets, except
for other listed closed end funds which themselves have published investment
policies to invest not more than 15 per cent. of their total assets in other
