The announcement released on 12 September 2019 at 10.55am under reference
1327M included an incorrect share price. The announcement should have stated
that the shares were bought back at 754.8251 pence per share.
The corrected announcement is set out below.
 
AVI Global Trust plc (the "Company")
 
Buy-back of own securities
 
The Company announces that on 11 September 2019, it bought back 62,525
Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: 0133508 /
ISIN: GB0001335081), representing approximately 0.054% of the issued Ordinary
share capital, at a price of 754.8251 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary
shares bought back will be placed in treasury.
 
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held
in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
 
 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                         116,003,133
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                 5,586,483
 Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue  110,416,650
