contained an incorrect number of ordinary shares held in treasury and total
voting rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue following the share
buy-back.

Buy-back of own securities
 
The Company announces that on 31 October 2019, it bought back 12,311 Ordinary
shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: 0133508 / ISIN:
GB0001335081), representing approximately 0.011% of the issued Ordinary share
capital, at a price of 742.0000 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares
bought back will be placed in treasury.
 
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held
in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
 
 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                         116,003,133
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                 6,526,381
 Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue  109,476,752
