Buy-back of own securities
 
The Company announces that on 20 May 2020, it bought back 69,088 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: 0133508 / ISIN: GB0001335081), representing approximately 0.06% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 630.2519 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be placed in treasury.
 
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
