AVI Global Trust plc (the "Company")

The following amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares'
announcement released at 17:22:32 on 4 December 2024 under RNS No: 8648O.

The correct number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 484,137,627 and the number
of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 45,600,956.

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Buy-back of own securities

Replacement - Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 04 December 2024, it bought back
300,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL:
BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.062% of the issued
Ordinary share capital, at a price of 240.92 pence per Ordinary share (lowest
price per share 240.50 pence, highest price per share 241 pence). The Ordinary
shares bought back will be cancelled.

Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury,
and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:

 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue          484,137,627
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury  45,600,956
 Total Voting Rights                         438,536,671
