** Shares of medtech co Axonics  AXNX.O  fall 3.2% to $67.50
premarket  
    ** The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has requested
additional information from co on Boston Scientific's  BSX.N 
$3.7 bln buyout deal  
    ** The deal announced in January helped BSX gain access to
AXNX's devices used to improve bladder function
     ** BSX in a regulatory filing says it now expects the deal
to be completed in Q2 of 2024 compared to its previous estimate
of Q1
    ** Up to last close AXNX up 11.9% YTD
