Axonics surges after Boston Scientific agrees to buy co for $3.7 bln

** Shares of medtech company Axonics  AXNX.O  rise 20.72% to
$69.5 premarket after Boston Scientific  BSX.N  set to acquire
co in an approx $3.7 bln deal 
    ** BSX to pay $71 per AXNX share, which represents a more
than 23% premium to co's last closing price of $57.57
    ** BSX shares up 0.3% in thin vols
    ** AXNX ended 2023 nearly flat
