** Biotech co's shares  ADXS.O  jump 25% to 48 cents
premarket
    ** Co says it is transitioning its company sponsored early
stage trial on its prostate cancer drug to a
investigator-sponsored one
    ** Says U.S. FDA has cleared its application to begin the
trial 
    ** Says it is partnering with an academic medical center for
the purpose, which will give it access to expertise and high
volume of patients that may speed up both enrollment and
eventual study results
    ** The move also allows co to conserve its resources; says
